► FOR SEPTEMBER:
- STUDIO: We have a fifth-floor, top-of-buiding studio with hardwwod floor, separate bath/shower, good closet space and kitchen immediately adjacent to main living/sleep area for a September 1 lease start and move-in. Unit gets excellent natural light from the west-northwest, and overlooks north Catalpa Avenue between Catalp and Bryn Mawr.
► Separately leaseable parking available at $150/month if sheltered by the building; $120 if un-sheltered.
► Historically, we do not have availabilities between September and March. Our March 1, 2015 availabilities should be known on or about January 6, 2015.
