roseland
roseland sits in the middle of a south-side crossroads. depending on your view, the dan ryan expressway and the red line either end or begin here.
roseland is home to chicago state university, the city’s oldest, fully-accredited university, and it therefore has a noticeable student population. beyond that, there are families, young folks, and older locals. much like its neighbor to the south, west pullman, roseland apartments vary from single-family homes to duplexes to apartment complexes.
nearby abbott park disrupts the monotony, offering a sprawling spread of baseball fields. hop on the 95th street red line stop for access to the loop and the rest of the city.
