Domu is Seeking an Administrative Assistant

Domu is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work at its sunny, loft-style office in Streeterville to assist with the day-to-day running of its company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Customer service - handling phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and upbeat manner
  • Daily website maintenance
  • Updating & managing customer database in Salesforce
  • Data entry

Applicants must have:

  • Excellent computer skills & working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Organized and extremely detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and on a team
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess a willingness to perform tasks outside of his/her job description
  • Desire to learn & willingness to research a subject as needed without direction
  • Prior experience working in an administrative role or as an office manager (at least 1 year)

Not required but a bonus:

  • Experience with Quickbooks & Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Google products, specifically, Google Drive, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Google Tag Manager
