    The luxury River North apartments for rent at One Chicago Apartments broke ground in March 2019 and are expected to welcome their first renters very soon. Two towers comprise the luxury development at 14 West Superior. They're rising across the street from the landmark Holy Name Cathedral at Chicago Ave and N. State St. The dual-tower development will be home to 735 luxury apartments after construction. The One Chicago Apartments development also contains plans for 77 condos ranging from $1.75 million to $28 million, making it one of Chicago's priciest and most exclusive addresses. 

    Renters at One Chicago will have a smartphone app to manage nearly every facet of life in these luxury apartments. Renters can request elevators, remotely lock or unlock their apartment doors, and get updates about available amenities from the app. Retail space on the ground floor of One Chicago Apartments means renters at these new construction apartments won't have to travel far for daily necessities from planned retail occupants like Whole Foods. There will be a fitness club and a large outdoor dog park for renters to visit with their four-legged friends. Parking for up to 1,100 vehicles is also part of the plan for One Chicago.

    Schools near these new River North apartments include the Latin School of Chicago, Frances Xavier Warden Catholic School, GEMS World Academy, Chicago Grammar School, Ruben Salazar Elementary School, Ogden Elementary School, Cornerstone Academy, and Catherine Cook School.

    Colleges and universities in the neighborhood around One Chicago Apartments include Loyola University Downtown Campus (right across the street), Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Moody Bible Institute, Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and the University of Chicago Gleacher Center.
