Best Things About the Building
The amenities are top-tier. The size and quality of the gym include a yoga room and peloton, the pool, and a rooftop terrace with views of the Chicago skyline, and you can see into Wrigley field. There's a dog park on the sixth floor. There's 24-hour door staff service, and the building feels safe.
Best Things About the Neighborhood
You can't beat this location. Five hundred feet from the L, 500 feet from Wrigley, 500 feet from Clark street, a couple of minutes from the water, and 10 minutes drive into Downtown Chicago. The location is by far one of the best features. It has everything so easily accessible that I wouldn't need a car if I didn't work in Evanston.
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
It's an experience you'll never get anywhere else, from the timing of the sublet the quality of the apartment for the discounted price, and the location. My listing is at least $700 cheaper than anything available in the complex and is a steal.
