My husband and I love living in this apartment but have to move earlier than expected. This is a relet, not a sublet, so you will be taking over the lease. The lease ends May 31, 2022 and you will have the option to renew if you'd like. Monthly rent is $2,190 (short term lease of 7 months). Monthly utilities are $135 (includes high speed internet, water, gas, heat, a/c, and trash but does not include electric). If you’re interested in a 12-month lease starting November 1st, the monthly rent would be about $2,379. Monthly rent for a 16-month lease would be about $2,433.
