Management also a ~$5k+/month budget for resident activities. The building is very pet-friendly and kid-friendly (there are free events for kids in the building). Another great amenity is you can opt-in to have the building staff deliver your packages in-unit.

Best Things About the Neighborhood

There's a Whole Foods, Montessori school, children's daycare, and valet/dry cleaner in the lobby.
