Formerly known as "El Centro," Coletti's has been dishing out Italian favorites since 1946.  The menu is extensive, but the restaurant is perhaps best known for its barbeque ribs and its thin crust pizza.  Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, Coletti's has grown to include a catering operation and specializes in banquets serving 25 to 100 people.
