Best Things About the Building
This is a dog-friendly building, there are no weight or breed restrictions. If you have a dog in this city you know how hard that is to find. But don’t worry, there are no mean dogs in the building — right now there are only 2, and one is some kind of micro puppy, the other is a very friendly couch potato. I know all the tenants on this side of the building and everyone is friendly, some are long-term 2+ year tenants.

It is 0.8 mile walk down Granville to the Red Line. Whole Foods is exactly 1 mile away. Cermak Market is 0.7 mile north. Warren Park is 1 mile north, a giant park for walking the dog, running, or golf. Target is 0.6 miles away. Emmerson Park is across the street, with tennis courts and a playground. Clark St Andersonville shops and restaurants are 1 mile away.
