Lovely building with a gorgeous rooftop great for entertaining or relaxing and reading a book. Every staff member is kind, caring, and helpful which adds to the safe community feel of the building. Quick access to the great restaurant, tailor/drycleaner, and hairstylist is just downstairs on the ground floor of the building. Everything you need is on this corner!

Best Things About the Neighborhood

This unit is about location at an affordable price in the Gold Coast! The street is tree-lined and home to some of Chicago's residential architectural gems, which makes this one of the loveliest neighborhoods in the city. Access to Oak Street Beach is just blocks away, as well as the lakefront trail and North Avenue Beach. A short walk brings you to Lincoln Park for farmers' markets, sports, relaxing, dog walks and the zoo. Great access to grocery store options within a few blocks, along with subway and bus transportation to all regions of the city.

Why it's Worthy of Calling Home

I call this apartment my "city beach house" because it has an undeniably great location that brings you access to some of Chicago's best outdoor spaces (beaches, parks, and more!). I love returning home to the friendly staff that make this space a safe home and building to live in. Most folks only leave due to relocation, and many return back to this building when moving back to the city. A positive note!
