Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced; exceeding it will result in the loss of 100% of your security deposit. Dishes should be cleaned and put away, and trash should be taken out before departure. Furniture should not be moved; a $100 fee per piece will be charged if furniture needs to be moved back to its original place. Firearms and other weapons are prohibited on the premises.
