Interior Highlights
The natural light and roomy layout are my favorite parts—it’s easy to fit both a comfortable living area and a work-from-home setup. The bedroom’s floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel bright and open, and there’s a huge amount of storage, including in the front hall. I also love the stationary kitchen island with its wine rack and extra storage, the double-sink bathroom, and the convenience of in-unit laundry. And the kitchen island has a wine rack and lots of storage.
Best Things About the Building
The rooftop amenities are a highlight: a pool and spa, a skydeck lounge with a firepit, and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the city views. There’s also a fitness center and club room, so you have plenty of space beyond the apartment itself. The building is dog-friendly, with a dog-washing station, and the location near River North and Old Town makes it a great home base.
Best Things About the Neighborhood
I love being near both River North and Old Town, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and everyday conveniences nearby. It’s easy to head out for dinner, explore the neighborhood, or meet friends without making a big trip of it. You get a central Chicago location with lots to do close to home. Plus there is a park across the street that's great for dogs and playing fetch.
