Interior Highlights
I really enjoy the in-unit washer and dryer. Maintenance also promptly addresses any issues. The hot water is amazing. It gets really hot really fast. Its a great place to live.
Best Things About the Building
The building has keycode access to the hallway in case you forget your fob. Amazon does deliver packages to the inside the building.
Best Things About the Neighborhood
15 minutes walk to argyle and a 10 minute walk to Andersonville. The Metra stop is less than a block away so getting downtown takes 20 minutes. Its the shortest part of my commute to work. Also the UPN has a stop near wicker park so you get to experience all parts of the city with ease. There's a Mariano's next door as well so the walk to the grocery store is 5 minutes. There's also a LA fitness next door and they regularly offer membership discounts.
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
The ease of access to get everywhere and how quiet the neighborhood is. There's a few families that live here and in the summer time their kids all play together. Otherwise its a quiet nice place to live.
