We love everything about the light filled unit. You must see photos to believe. Our favorite interior feature is the open plan living space and kitchen with quartz island and stainless appliances. Our favorite exterior features are the fresh herb-vegetable garden and rose and hydrangea gardens grown in summer for tenant harvest, plus the landscaped and furnished common back yard with Weber charcoal and gas grills, 2 fire pits, 3 seating areas, and dining table. Internet and water included in rent. MONTHLY CLEANING OF KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS INCLUDED.

Best Things About the Building

Tenant safety is our huge concern, so there are entrance video intercoms with a Ring security camera, smoke and heat sensors in all units and common areas that connect to central station. There are key pads in every unit with emergency codes for police, fire, and ambulance that also connect to a central station. In the basement, there is free washer and dryer for large bulky laundry. A refrigerator for tenant use is in the basement - access to backyard - to store food and drinks in summer. Plus, there are common storage and bike storage areas.
