I will try to explain exactly what you're getting, but it will make more sense if/when you come to see the place. This is going to sound like a trick, but I assure you it is not.

Interior Highlights
The apartm is right in the heart of Wrigleyville/Boystown approximately Grace and Sheffield Avenue. Everything you could need is within walking distance, including the lake.
2 rooms - do whatever you want with them. 1 bedroom 1 office? 1 bedroom 1 art room? Whatever you want - you have 2. (Also a bed is around if you need it, otherwise it's going out).
4 common rooms - big living rooms - most furnished but tons of space for more stuff.
2 bathrooms - 1 being gutted and rehabbed but 1 with a massive walk-in shower.
600 sqft deck - shared by the building but has 3 full tables with fire pit/grill

Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
YOU DO NOT NEED A LOT OF STUFF. I have tons, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the living spaces are in good shape for now. Remember, if you need a bed or entertainment stand for a minute I have extras.
IF YOU HAVE STUFF GREAT! The place is huge and still has a lot of space to fill out.
