High, exposed brick and wood ceilings - it was an old factory converted into lofts and condos. The unit has a lofted second floor bedroom that makes it super quiet and cozy, and the first level is open and feels large.
Interior Highlights
The unit is cozy, quiet, and very well-kept! It has a large living room with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large and comfortable couch and TV for relaxing. There are voice-controlled speakers and lighting throughout (via Google Home). All appliances have received regular maintenance and cleaning (including a brand-new HVAC unit). The bedroom is lofted with a large closet, windows, and a king-size bed. In addition to the large living room, there is a smaller den with a couch that also has a closet for storage - this room is great for working out, relaxing, or working from home.

The building is well-kept, quiet, and secure. Internet, heated garage parking, and all utilities are included. Neighbors are super friendly, respectful, and responsible.
Best Things About the Neighborhood
The neighborhood is great - access to so many things! Public transportation is easy and close, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, dancing, arts, etc. - it has it all and is close to Wicker Park and Bucktown as well. Since it is just off a main street it is still quiet and calm, but close to where you want to be in a quick walk. Also close to the 606 outdoor walking trail! We love our neighborhood.
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
We love living here - we have for 3+ years, and don't see moving at all. We are gone for just the month of December, but are excited to return to our space afterwards. It is cozy, comforting, super well-maintained, and minimalist yet has everything you will need to live happily for the month!
