Only registered guests may access the property, and any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, and violations may result in fines or termination of the reservation. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, with a $500 remediation charge for evidence of smoking. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. Guests may be required to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, and submit a selfie matching their ID. Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and traveling companions. Additional screening may be conducted after booking, and reservations that do not pass verification may be declined. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 25. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in the reservation.
