We loved the open layout because it made the space really easy to entertain in and have friends over. The working fireplace makes the living room especially cozy in the winter, and there is a surprising amount of closet and storage space throughout the unit. The primary bedroom has its own private ensuite, which also gave the second bedroom and bathroom more privacy for guests or when we used that room as an office.

It’s a small three-unit condo building, so it feels private and residential. The unit has keycode entry, so you don’t have to worry about carrying keys, plus a smart thermostat, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dedicated garage parking space.
Best Things About the Neighborhood
West Town is a growing neighborhood with tons of new restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and nightlife, plus you’re just minutes from other popular neighborhoods like Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, and West Loop. The condo is right off of Chicago and Ashland, making it easy to access buses and public transportation. You’re also close to the Blue Line and highway, so getting downtown, to O’Hare, or around the city is easy.
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
We absolutely loved living here. The private outdoor space was especially amazing during the pandemic, and we spent so much time on the balcony. We loved being close to great food, fun bars, and a nearby park where we would walk our dog. The neighborhood is always changing, so there was constantly a new restaurant or spot to try. It really felt like home to us.
