The outdoor space at this Noble Square condo building includes: a rooftop deck with an amazing view of the Chicago skyline is my number one! The gated parking lot (for a fee). The safe, secure, and well-kept entryways (gated with smart access via phone and fob) and beautiful gardens. The easy indoor package drop-off. The uniqueness and building history. Great communication and responsiveness of the management company and property manager.
Best Things About the Neighborhood
This condo for rent is super well situated: close to downtown and tucked in West Town, between West Loop and Wicker Park with convenience and character. Interesting local businesses and hidden gems. Not overdeveloped, but with its own interesting vibe and easy access to everything. Walkable to 2 Blue line El stops (Chicago, Grand). Next to the Grand bus. Easy no-permit street parking for friends. Shipping, dry cleaning, coffee (Starbucks, Move Along Coffee), groceries, nail salon, local restaurants/bars, etc., around the corner. Pharmacy and larger grocery also within walking distance.
