I am the current tenant and have been here happily for nearly 4 years. This apartment is close to the best neighborhoods and attractions while still allowing you to live in a quiet, residential area and pay reasonable rent. I love this place so much in fact that I am only moving upstairs to a larger unit, so we will be neighbors if you move in!
