Interior Highlights
I love how bright and open the living space feels because of the huge windows. The finishes are neutral and modern so everything looks clean and cozy. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, and there’s great closet storage (primary bedroom has a walk in closet). The kitchen has plenty of counter space and full-size appliances, which made cooking at home really enjoyable.

Love this neighborhood so much. Prime Gold Coast location. You can walk to Oak Street Beach, Michigan Avenue shopping, top restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Easy access to CTA Red Line and buses. Safe, beautiful, tree-lined streets with classic Chicago architecture. Close to parks, lakefront trail, and nightlife but still feels residential and quiet. Also right next to Washington Square Park (you get a great view of the entire park from the unit).
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
Location is unbeatable and the apartment community is wonderful! It’s not an extremely large rental building like some of the others in the area. It’s got a smaller community feel and the front desk/doormen will know you by name. It’s great.
