Unique Features

Left Bank is a favorite building to live in in West Loop/Fulton River Market. The amenities include a cardio and weight room, a tech room for working from home, a coffee lounge, a game room, and sundeck with grills, and a 24-hour doorman. I've lived here since Oct 2024 and haven't had a single issue with management. It's a great place to live for a more affordable luxury apartment that is also a 5 minute walk or less to the Riverwalk.

Interior Highlights

In-unit washer and dryer
Brand new German appliances and newly renovated, very modern and minimalistic
Beautiful view in both the living room and bedroom (not facing the river, but here that kind of view would run you 3k and up)
Walk-in closet in the bedroom
Offering the apt furnished. Excellent Serta Queen bed in great condition. All the furniture is good quality except for the couch honestly. The couch gets the job done, it's not uncomfy, just narrow and a weird off-green color so I bought this nice French white linen to cover it and it actually looks nice. I'll get rid of for you if needed

Best Things About the Building

You can do flex payments on rent (splitting rent in two payments) if desired for flexibility or to build credit.
Just genuinely nice and helpful staff. It feels more homey than most high rises downtown to be frank.
Lots of cute dogs in the building and friendly residents of all ages.
I want to stress something--do not let the proximity to the Metra worry you. The sound is so, so faint. And you don't even hear it after a week. It worried me, not gonna lie, because I'm from NYC and lived on top of subways, but this is totally peaceful and quiet.
Building has a convenience store downstairs.

Best Things About the Neighborhood

Across the street we have a great upscale southern restaurant called Taste 222.
It's a great location because it's an easy walk through Fulton Market, River North, and West Loop. It's literally a 4 minute walk to the train, and then only a 7 minute walk to the Metra if you go out to the suburbs a lot. The best neighborhood dive bar is around the corner, Jefferson Tap. It's always packed and friendly with great food. Cupitol Coffee is the neighborhood brunch spot and delicious and very international. Those are just my favorites, you are in the heart of it and can get to anything you want.

Why It's Worthy of Calling Home

This is a great option for a person or couple who are new to Chicago and want to immediately feel at home, because I'm offering a cozy, clean furnished apartment so you don't have to eat pizza on the floor the first month and furnish it yourselves. I'm willing to discuss unfurnished too.
It's a modern building, very grey. My apartment has a lot of color and feels festive. You'd also be getting a ton of kitchenware that I won't be taking with me, saving you startup costs for your move.
I've loved it here, need a break from downtown and want to downsize to start my business. I'd stay otherwise
