Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM; failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, with evidence of smoking resulting in a $500 remediation charge.
