Best Things About the Neighborhood
The location is probably the best part! Wolcott is a beautiful, wide, tree-lined street with gorgeous homes, and it's surprisingly quiet for how close it is to everything. The 606 Trail is just half a block away, and there are tons of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance in both Bucktown and Wicker Park. The L and Metra are nearby, and there's easy access to I-90/94.
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
It's a great balance of city living and a quiet residential neighborhood. You can walk to dinner, grab coffee, hop on the 606, or take public transportation almost anywhere, but come home to a peaceful street. The two-level layout gives you some separation between the main living and sleeping spaces, and the bonus room provides flexibility depending on your needs. It's a comfortable, practical place in a really wonderful neighborhood.
