Best Things About the Building
Heating is included and being on the third floor is very effective. Through the winter, you can easily stay warm with the windows cracked for fresh air. In the summer, you can open the North side door to the deck, South side living room windows, and West side dining room windows to get a great cross breeze moving through!
Best Things About the Neighborhood
About a 15-minute walk to the lake, a 10-minute walk to the Red Line, a 10-minute walk to Jewel, and close to the shops and restaurants along Broadway. Despite being close to everything, parking on Montrose is unusually easy, and I have never had trouble finding a spot within a block.
