This is an absolutely great neighborhood and you couldn't find more convenient access to both the train station AND the interstate on-ramp. The area is full of young families, so its great for those with children, but also has very hip and trendy bars and restaurants on nearby Milwaukee/Logan Square. Walk to entertainment and skip the Uber ride!
The Avondale Field House & Pool are an easy walk, along with lots of other municipal green space. Affordable shopping at Aldi, the local Carniceria and the Korean grocery are nearby - plus Jewel a little north on Addision.
