Best Things About the Neighborhood
The building is on an amazing street with million dollar homes. Lots of trees. It's great for walking or just sitting on the front stoop or back patio. The neighborhood Starbucks and dry cleaners is at the corner and everything else is within a few blocks, including transportation, groceries, restaurants, tennis courts and a public outdoor pool.
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
Other than the great neighborhood feel, the building itself is warm and unassuming. The building only has five units and the tenants are friendly, young professionals. The building is aged, but the interior of the apartment for rent was gutted in 2009 when the plumbing, electrical, appliances, windows, and doors were all replaced. The units are in beautiful shape and are well maintained. They have updated kitchens and bathrooms. Our tenants tend to stay for several years, and some have even come back, so we must be doing something right!
