I renovated this beautiful building, with brand-new plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC, in 2017. My goal was to restore the building to its former glory and bring it back to code with energy-efficient appliances so that it could be enjoyed for years. I thought I would live in this unit for many years. However, I am recently married and moving only 25 minutes away. Thus, our decision to rent this apartment is my passion project.
