Best Things About the Building
Great curb appeal, the tree, garden, and ivy out front are lovely. Unit is on the second floor and the front half of the building. Building is nicely situated between opposing one way streets making it easy to get to Irving Park Rd, Addison St, Southport Ave, and Ashland Ave. There is always plenty of street parking right in front of the building since it is at a T intersection surrounded by many single family homes.

Best Things About the Neighborhood
Walking distance to restaurants along Ashland, Southport, and Wrigleyville. 13 min walk to Southport Brown line. Easy walk to Cubs Stadium. Half a block from Blaine Elementary school. The neighborhood is a great place to be, tons of gorgeous trees, and low traffic, and a family neighborhood vibe. Graceland Cemetery nearby is also a wonderful place to walk around. Happy to provide a list of places to eat within walking distance. Southport Corridor is right there with lots of places to eat and shop!
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
The neighborhood feel and vibe you get! The layout of the unit is very spacious and homey, combined with the neighborhood you couldn't do much better. Great area to walk around to get out and about, and the list of unique restaurants and hole in the wall spots to eat at are awesome. You don't have to put up with the obnoxious noise of Wrigley Field but you still get all of the fun and fans.
