Brand new, reliable in-unit washer/dryer means not going to the laundromat or sharing with other building occupants. The duplex up set-up provides a nice amount of space for couples or roommates to be able to do their own thing. Open layout means cooking and watching sports simultaneously (huge for us!). Sitting outside with coffee or a glass of wine is perfect on nicer spring & summer days.

Very safe building entry and exit, with cameras installed on every floor. Location on the first floor means not having lug groceries or luggage up flights of stairs.

The most walkable neighborhood in Chicago. You are a 9 minute walk from front door to the sand at Foster Beach (yes, I've timed it). The apartment is steps from 3 coffee shops, 4 grocery stores, multiple restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai, Mexican, Venezuelan, Turkish), and soon-to-be-opening Timeline Theatre. Excellent public transit means you don't need a car for getting around the city (147 bus, Argyle Red Line, and others). Though we've never had a problem with street parking, there is a parking garage nearby.

The proximity to the cultural life of Uptown and clever lay-out that allows for couples or roommates to exist in the same space without feeling like they're encroaching on one another.
