Vernon Hills Apartment Living

Neighborhood Vibe
Vernon Hills is a town with a suburban feel. It's an affluent town with plenty of shops and community activities, good schools, and a priority on safety. However, the big city vibe is still apparent in Vernon Hills.

Heart of the Neighborhood
The Vernon Hills Golf Course is a nine-hole golf course. In the Chicagoland area, it's consistently ranked in the top 10. The course offers much for golfers of all skills, from small greens and narrow fairways. Admire the rolling terrain and winding creek from the clubhouse before you go out to practice your swings. Stone Fence Farms is part of the Vernon Hills Park District. Designed by the residents, this nearly-4-acre park offers a short walking path, a grass field, a playground for kids aged 5 to 12, and a pergola for a photogenic view!

What We Love Most
The Village of Vernon Hills started as a small subdivision containing 125 houses. In the first 20 years of incorporation, Vernon Hills exploded from a few hundred residents to more than 5,500. Vernon Hills has now reached 25,113 people in its census count. Despite exponential growth, this extremely tight-knit community has maintained its neighborly feel.
