Incredible location that makes getting around the city a breeze and the sense of community and beautifully maintained common spaces and conscientious neighbors. Also, the building has plenty of dogs, so perfect for dog owners! While this sublease is only for the end of our lease term, the subletter has the option of renewing for an entire year or 10 month period with the building management.
