What you Should Know

Unique Features

You will be renting one bedroom out of the three. The room is roughly 10'x11' with two very large closets measuring 4'x3'. I currently live in the unit as well as one roommate. We both work 9-5 m-f and typically keep things quiet and very clean/tidy. We are both young professionals, he is 25 y/o male and i am a 30 y/o male. The unit is located on the top floor, the 4th, of the condo building. Great views of the city from inside the apartment. Tons of natural light all hours of the day. Even better views from the walk up balcony located on the back of the building.

Interior Highlights

In unit washer/dryer for exceptional convenience. Gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator are modern. Granite counter tops with ample cabinets in the kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning. Very quiet building with tons of natural light that pours in through the very tall windows. Bathtub has jets.

Best Things About the Building

Large storage unit located in the basement of the building. The tenants in the other units in the building are very quiet, respectful, and largely professional. The walk-up balcony in the alley provides an unparalleled view of the entire skyline.

Best Things About the Neighborhood

In the summer there is green everywhere. Racine is lined with trees and the color cannot be understated. 5 minute walk to the brown line (armitage stop), 15 min walk to the red line (Fullerton stop). Armitage is a joy to walk with so many little shops and restaurants, DePaul is just a few blocks away, and located near several parks. Lincoln Yards going up soon will be a few minute walk away.

Why it's Worthy of Calling Home

I have lived here for four years and I have never considered moving one time. Everything about the area and the building make this a place worthy of calling home.
