There is also stored in your apartment, so if you have a lot of extra things, this is helpful. We often get commented on how ample the space is. There is much natural light that comes into the room, so it has a nice feel. It's a great space, from the hardwood floors throughout the space to the crown molding and its layout. It's a great space!
Best Things About the Building
The heat is included in the rent ..isn't that a plus. It's a small building, and it's very safe. 2 door entry in the lobby, then the third door to your apartment. Everyone knows everyone. So communication between tenants happens a lot. This is great for there is a small community that occurs here. Another thing is that the landlord lives on the premises, so if there is anything that needs addressing, they can get right on it asap.

It is beautiful in this area!!! Everything is nearby Lake/beach 15min, Fullerton train stop 5-8min, and grocery stores(Whole Foods, Mariano, Costco, jewel, CVS) all near. Lincoln school high school and grammar school 3-5min, De Paul university 3min, places to get a bite to eat from breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner to a snack ...there are too many to list. The free zoo is 10min away. The area is super safe from walking around the room to the safety of your car on the street .there is nothing to worry about.
Why It's Worthy of Calling Home
Plenty of activities in the neighborhood. From theaters, boutique shopping to dining, or just admiring the area with a walk. The beach/lake/Lincoln Park Zoo is a 15 to 20 min walk.
