What you Should Know
We are looking to sublet our apartment through 7/31/21 with the option to renew at that time. The unit will be available beginning October 18th, however, we may be able to offer some flexibility if a later move-in date is needed. My fiance and I have lived here for 2 and a half years and have loved this apartment and location.
There is plenty of space for multiple work from home stations in this apartment! We have both been working remotely since March and enjoy having our own space. It is a beautifully updated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with W/D in unit and dedicated parking in the heart of Logan Square on quiet tree lined street.
Best Things About the Building
There is an open floor plan with loads of counter space and big windows that allow tons of natural light. Kitchen has new (about 1 year old) stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and large white cabinets. Large bathroom with double vanity sink, glass shower and ample storage. Both bedrooms are a good size with large closets and extra storage. Main bedroom could fit king size bed (pictured in both rooms are queen beds). Extra storage or possible office space in back leading out to private balcony.
Best Things About the Neighborhood
The apartment is a 5-7 minute walk to the Blue Line station, Square and boulevard. It is also only minutes to all the great bars and restaurants in Logan Square. The new Target on Milwaukee & Sacramento is a 5 minute walk and so convenient!
Why it's Worthy of Calling Home
The landlord takes great care of this building and any maintenance requests are always addressed quickly. There is an online tenant portal to easily pay rent and submit maintenance requests. The lease includes monthly kitchen and bathroom cleaning which is a really nice bonus! All of the neighbors are quiet and respectful.
